Hell Gate V003

Part of a poster series I am working on about the observation of chemical, biological, philosophical, and psychological elements of photographs I have taken.

-- This is a crop from an image about my favorite bridge, The Hell Gate bridge located in Astoria New York City and completed in 1917. At the time it was the largest steel arch bridge in the world. Its design and success later served as the inspiration for the Sydney Harbour Bridge in New South Wales, Australia.
