University Chatbot - Tiknay

We had a research about applying Hidden Markov Model on a Chatbot for the University. The Bot aims to automate repetitive work like answering frequently asked questions from customers. Asking if how did the research go? It's awesome! The bot learns the trends which it knows the context of the sentences received and base on that, it answers the questions. We save the data on a Firebase Database which we reestimate the model every hour, making the bot smarter the more conversations it has.
