UI doubts and types

So this is what I was facing recently, I made various iterations of features section based on the thoughts of my client.

The doubting part is how to decide which way the visual design should be. I always thought that it only depends on how much the information is important for the user but how to decide to which extent should information be shown? I was confused that the 2nd and 3rd design depict the same style.

PS: The illustrations in 2nd and 3rd were taken from Freepik and modified as well.
