Bodega de la Ardosa - Madrid Places

One of my favourite places in Madrid (Spain): Bodega de la Ardosa. A place from the end of the 19th century, specializing in wines, vermouths and beers. Its atmosphere smells of history, of past and authentic times. Its walls are decorated with newspaper clippings of all time, including some that date back to the War of Cuba in 1898. The food they serve can not be more typical Spanish and of better quality. A site that is a piece of living history! If anyone goes to Madrid, they can not stop visiting it.

Ah! And, in addition, they have the best spanish omelette in town!! What more could you want in a bar?
