Carpal Tunnel Is Fun!
Carpal tunnel can be a mild wrist numbness to a burning pins and needles pain. Some days some stretches will help and other times cream and a wrap for the whole day will only keep the pain manageable.
Switching to digital has helped me not get that many strains. I can keep creating for longer when I don't have to worry about how my wrist will feel in an hour. It's a relief n something I really recommend to anyone with similar problems.
