Real estate agency logo restyle

Restyled logo of real estate broker. Old one was flat and used serif font not actuall for new brand strategy. During restyle house took more iconic look. Volume was added using shadows and highlights. Font was changed for more modern bold sans serif and uses almost same volume effect.
