Element451 - Conversations

Designing Conversations was a challenge because it's one of the essential features in Element451 that helps make a direct line to leads, prospects, and students.

It's a single inbox which manages one-to-one chats and group messages from various channels.

It allows creating rules for routing inbound messages based on various conditions, such as recipient details, message content, incoming channels, etc. and setting actions for them. Rules help avoid repetitive work for the most common messages received.

Additionally, if the recipient is offline or prefers texting, you can send and receive SMS or MMS messages. Lots of functionality packed in a feature that's very easy to use!
