Srm Thumb
SymphonyRM creates software for the healthcare industry to facilitate multi-channel, goal-oriented, customized dialogue between physicians and patients.
I had redesigned their website once before, at the end of 2016, but the previous design was not accomplishing the updated goals of the business. While the old design put an emphasis on the company itself, the goal of the updated design was to showcase the software product and offer potential sales leads a clear view of how SymphonyRM can help their business.
I am very thankful that SymphonyRM has hired me to complete not one, but two website redesigns. With wildly different looks and content, it was interesting to see how the company had grown and evolved. I love the information architecture (organizing content and structure) part of the web design process, so with a desk full of printed Powerpoints, I was able to distill the product information and benefits across each category into an easily digestible, engaging layout.
