WIP - thoughtbot Brand Guidelines

I'm currently working on a brand guidelines doc with @Miles Johnson at thoughtbot. We believe creating this doc will enable us to achieve a more cohesive and consistent visual identity across our platforms.

I'm such a big fan of @MakeReign employee headshots, that I've pushed for this to be a reference to take our own.
