Roomz (2014)

I created the UI for this cross-platform app which was developed by a startup called Bstorm.

It lets you order services to your hotel room comfortably from your bed, chair, bathtub with just your mobile phone in hands. The app has a sleek, elegant design and smart UX that eliminates the need to call room service ever again via regular phone. Soap, towels, pillows, alarm…and other services are just a tap away.

When the guest checks in into the hotel, he/she receives a printed unique number at the reception based on his room number. After scanning the QR code and downloading the app the guest enters his unique number on the lock screen of the app. That way he pairs his phone with the reception and establishes a direct connection with the room service thus closing a big gap in communication.
