LaunchPad.fm logotype

Experimenting with a logotype for a new site I'm working on called LaunchPad.fm. Right now, I'm trying to perfect the kerning. The kerning between the 'h' and 'p' could be a hair wider, but does anyone have any other feedback? I would love to hear it all!
