Service Blueprint for IoT Service (2016)

For this project, following interviews and workshops with stakeholders and end-users, I designed 20 blueprints, one for each use case and edge cases necessary for the design of the security features of the service.

Each blueprint shows how different personas involved in the scenario interact with each other and the system, and with which device / app.
