Aaptiv - Content Management System

Internal CMS dashboard design project during my time when I was a Product Design Intern at Aaptiv.

As part of the internal efforts to streamline the process of content creation, I sat down with colleagues in the audio and programs team to conduct a contextual inquiry to map out their current workflow in order to identify their pain points and design opportunities. I looked at the current tool that they were using and how it could be streamlined further by re-working certain elements.

One of the biggest challenges was the confusing naming conventions and excessive redundant and duplicative information.

I tested out initial ideas with simple wireframes before moving to the hi-fidelity designs and work with the software engineer to develop the product.
