A Better Way - Tulsa
Branding for an employment initiative aimed at providing people in Tulsa impacted by homelessness and mental illness an alternative to panhandling. A Better Way pays participants a days wage to beautify our city and offers additional services such as housing assistance, mental health and addiction treatment, and sustainable employment.
The logo concept is the idea of changing course toward a healthier, more positive state or situation. This is communicated through a looping arrow that is incorporated into the letter B of the word Better. The positive improvement concept applies to both program participants and the locations that they are working to clean up.
