Dilophosaurus

Dilophosaurus - A theropod dinosaur that lived during the Early Jurassic, making it among the earliest large predatory dinos.

Contrary to its representation in Jurassic Park, there's nothing to suggest dilophosaurus ever spat venom or had a neck frill :(
