Concept for measurement system

How can online shop minimize returns? It is about helping shoppers to find the right product. If customers make an informed decision about a product, finding the right size and fit, or the item that best suits their needs, then they won’t need to return it.

I proposed to use two approaches (instance sneakers): - providing more detailed product information, such as size guide for each model (including size predictor that can calculate customer size basing on their casual shoes model)

- providing better content , such as high-resolution photos, videos and interactive visualisation tools, to help customers make better informed decisions.
