Refundlabs: Onboarding

RefundLabs is a Refunds Manager for third-party Amazon sellers. Their goal is to help sellers efficiently receive reimbursements for lost and damaged inventory.

As a part of our cooperation, we were working on new user onboarding process. You need to complete three on-boarding steps. Then Refundlabs will do everything. Automatically identify high likelihood reimbursement scenarios and file claim tickets on your behalf.

We’ve worked closely with Refundlabs to create a website and web app design + component based UI kit for the product.
