Profitability Analytics

Added "Browse by week" as sticky topbar element. Clicking prev / next buttons moves content laterally to show another week's data. In the case of viewing "this week" the "next" button should really be grayed out.

The goal is to improve engagement by showing fresh data each week. I added the day-of-week progress bar to encourage daily visiting.
