Livi.co is a dashboard system designed to support the process of renewing the urban space in Israel. In the past 10 years, there was a big buzz in Israel around Urban Renewal. As part of renewing the urban space, and trying to add more apartments in the cities, the government supports buildings that want to renovate or restructure the building. As part of this process, the homeowners in the building contact a contractor to make the following deal: build us a new building or renovate our old building to make it more modern and follow the current construction regulation. Livi.co allows those homeowners in this process – from starting the organization process to hiring a lawyer, choosing a contractor, approving the design, etc.
