Parking - Wireframe Documentation

Just spreading my way to assemble and send to my clients the wireframe documentation. There are many parts of it - obviously - but now, I'm just trying to understand whether this print screen will be able to create a discussion here about wireframes.

I guess my point is: Does it a good thing/document to send to customers?

What do you think about it?
