BNP - Case Study Update

Hi everyone,

This is a project we did 1 and 1/2 years ago. It was research into simplifying client hierarchy for large corporations. As part of our website design i went through case studies and updated existing ones.

Client BNP Paribas is one of the world’s largest banks, operating in 77 countries and serving more than 30 million users daily.

Balkan Brothers teamed up with Sugar CRM to re-think and revamp BNP Paribas’ client management process and employee-facing web app.

We brought a fresh perspective on how to deliver a faster and simpler user experience, and successfully introduced a new user interface to showcase large corporations and their hierarchy in a more modular, user friendly way.
