Navigine web-site redesign
Navigine is a software company of indoor navigation solutions for B2B (retail, transport, automotive, public medicine, etc).
There was a task to make an update of current design and develop new pages for developers to improve SEO and increase conversion.
My role in the project as a product manager includes the next functions:
- audit of the current web site, tools -
google analytics, SEO rush, Similar web
- audit competitors
- SEM structure creation
- Prototyping creating wire-frames and content
-briefing and managing designer
- copywriting (Russian English)
- preparing images and video (Adobe Photoshop Motion5)
