Chatbots can be helpful when done right, but can be a pain when it's not. What you see in this shot is just a demonstration for one particular scenario, to help the user to find the ideal car between hundreds of options. And as we believe the ui animations should be engaging rather than being distracting, we used a smooth and engaging pattern to give the proffessionalism that is needed without an unnecessary show off.
