Base Transfer - Add Preference

Base Transfer is a system that allows our Pilots and Cabin Crew to submit applications for transfer to their chosen base.

This project is part of the Ryanair Labs Operations Programme whose remit is to provide assistance to any of the Frontline Operations Teams across the company by developing in house applications to ease the overhead of their manual tasks, provide more visibility into the operational health of the Airline.
