Today is a big day for Bitbond! We are officially launching our STO (Security Token Offering), the first EVER Security Token Offering in Germany's history.
Here's how it works.
Token holders receive 1% interest on their invested amount every quarter (4% per year). In addition, Token holders also get a variable coupon paid out once per year.
The quarterly and the annual coupons continue for 10 years, at which point the token reaches its maturity and is bought back at its face value of €1 per token.
There are, 4 discount tiers, so the earlier you invest the better your returns will be.
