Login Scenario

Spent almost half an hour wondering why I can't log in to our membership portal using my mobile number (since I didn't bring my physical card). Just to be told that I need to fill in the password.

Partially, it's my own stupidity that I didn't realise this. But clearly something wrong with how they ask for the password. It looks like they just ask password only for the membership card, which is obviously not.

So here I am, try to find ways to fix this small issue. Simply introducing tabs might work.

May or may not be the correct way, but hey we are still learning anyway.
