Bidder Registration for New Investors

This is one of my previous projects at Auction.com (Ten-X).

Auction.com is a platform for investors to find the properties they like and then place bids online. I helped the company to revamp the entire bidder registration flow and UI in order to increase user engagement for new investors.

With this effect, the process was improved from 5 pages, 23 fields to 1 page, 5 fields. We ended up with + 40% lift in the number of bidder registrations, +22% lift in the number of bids placed and +33% in the number of auction participants.
