TowerMaker [s01e01]

This is part of the highlights for Permutable Geometries Workshop 2019. This year the Grasshopper Workshop was paired up with the Biodigital Architecture Design Studio, which added a common goal for all algorithms. The objective was to design a Residential Tower on the seafront of Barcelona for Refugees. The TowerMaker series will be a weekly documentation of the most used algorithms to fulfill this purpose. s01e01 synopsis: The algorithm begins by BUILDing a semi-proportionate shape on the site considering a boundary of 100X100 meters and a height of 150 meters. A slider then gets activated to slim the building down, pushing its center of mass lower towards the base. While another slider twists the tower by adding flexure, movement and rhythm to its surface. Watch out for s01e02 next week.
