Second Chances: People make mistakes and I think it’s important to acknowledge that we’re not perfect. Whether it be something we haven’t let go of from the past or current mistakes, we need time to change and rectify those mistakes for ourselves.

I wanted to leave this piece open to interpretation since regret is usually very intimate and personal. The blank room and use of minimal items in the composition convey emptiness and lack of fulfillment through items that relate to childhood and adulthood. I hope this piece speaks to the inner desire for us all to become a version today than we couldn’t be yesterday.
