Data-Driven Website Design for Tour Booking Company

The Australian tour booking company approached SplitBase to redesign their existing website due to our conversion-focused, data-driven design process.

After extensive analysis of their customers' behaviors, lifestyles, traveling and trip booking habits using our Testing Trifecta methodology (https://splitbase.com/ab-testing-trifecta/), we were able to create wireframes and mockups based on our accumulated insights.

The mockups were then validated using various user testing methodology, and the design created in accordance with the brand's image.

The result? A design that is focused on usability, top purchase paths, and behaviors of their website visitors. A design where nearly every element has a reason to exist.
