Employee Profile Overlay

Here is an employee card I designed for my Wobo project. This platform's main purpose is client and employee management, as well as a system for notification reminders via SMS or email.

This is an employee profile overlay that I created for an employee at a hair salon.

When an employer or user opens an employee's profile, they have the options of editing their personal info including name, contact info, provided services, and their schedule. The calendar feature on this page gives the user an employee's scheduling info including their start and end times for a given date, as well as their lunch/break times.

For each of the employee services tags, I kept a similar gradient seen on the calendar of the home page to indicate that they are editable, and can easily be removed using the "X" button beside the service name. Edit and add buttons are also easily visible but small enough not to collide with other features or congest the page.

Employee services that are edited on the employee profile page, also correlate with a separate services page in the settings section of the platform, which contains an entire list of services that the business provides. Services can be added or deleted on this page and therefore, you can add any option from this set list of names, to an employees provided services.
