Our Wedding Invitations
Been a while, Dribbblers! Sorry for taking such a long break from this place—2017 and 2018 were both full, good years, but not a lot of portfolio building occurred. I'm hoping to change that in 2019, so stay tuned for future projects.
A few months back, I married my best friend and was able to be my own client, for once. Our wedding was one of the most comprehensive branding exercises of my life! This is a photo of our invitation suite, courtesy of my girl at Ray Photography Co.
Each piece was printed and trimmed at home, by hand, on specialty paper and vellum from Baggie Goose. I designed a heraldic-esque logo since our wedding had a touch of medieval flair (more on the logo itself in a future shot, promise). The custom wax seals came from the folks at Artisaire, and the rest was sourced from makers on Etsy—even our wedding rings.
I'm currently in the process of rebranding myself with this logo and putting together a fresh portfolio website, but I wanted to let you all know that I'm still alive and still designing. Looking forward to settling back in on Dribbble!
