Studio Octon Logo / Branding
I'm super stoked to introduce you to Studio Octon! ✨ My wife and I have joined creative forces to form our own super duper freelance studio. 💪 We've been talking about this for MANY moon, so it feels great to close out January with a big bang. 💥
For the logo I created everything from SCRATCH. I spent a lot of time developing and refining the typography before even adding a splash of color. Because Natasha and I have full time jobs, most of our freelance projects begin and end in the evenings. "Open 6pm to 9pm" is our motto! Which is why some stars and a crescent moon can be seen in certain letters of the logo. Those are symbolic of our magic hours. 🌙 We're some eighties babies that grew up in the 90's, so we're always keen to a colorful palette as well. 🎨
Even though it's 2019, Studio Octon was founded in 2018 around the same time Natasha and I got married. In fact, we've been collaborating even longer. I just needed her to take my last name to make it official. We even work side by side in our home office, with his and her own matching iMacs. So even though we're working we still get our hangs. 👨💻👩💻
January has already been fruitful, so it's time to hit the ground running with our new business venture. If you're a creative director in need of some fresh talent, we're ready for some freelance action! 👊
