Advance VAT Return - Step 1

At the end of last year, we shipped the first iteration of the FastBill advance VAT return process. The overall process in split-up in small and easy to process junks, so the user doesn't get overwhelmed with too bureaucratic and complex input fields.

This is the first step of the form wizards. It prefills the form with the existing data from the users setting page - this data was entered during the onboarding process. In an ideal scenario, the user doesn't have to adjust most of the input fields; they only need to check if every data point is still correct and can proceed to the next step.
