UX/UI Design for QVC's FB Messenger Chatbot iOS App (iPhone)
A sampling of screens, flows, and journeys from an MVP design for QVC's first Facebook Messenger Chatbot and social shopping experience on iOS. This series focused on welcome and first greeting, peek and pop, and a few other states. As part of this effort, I also lead and conducted user research around QVC's customer shopping and watching habits to understand better their journey, associated pain points, and opportunities to optimize the checkout experience, particularly as it related to this Facebook Messenger experience.
