Logo Concept

Exploring logo concept on light and dark backgrounds for Turkish graphic designer Yurdaer Altıntaş, who is widely known for his movie and theatre posters.

Inspiration from comedy and tragedy masks, and his poster for the film Sunrise (2003), subtly brings together the initials Y and A. Typography and widths are selected in accordance to the artist’s bold brushstrokes.
