User Testing Executive Overview

After completing user testing, I like to create an executive overview for stakeholders. This is a bullet point summary of what was learned during testing: what went well, what went badly and the next steps. Using visuals/screenshots of the sessions can really help stakeholders understand some of the usability issues. This does not replace a detailed user testing but this is used in complement. Short and sweet.
