Cheeseless Pizza

Inspired by a podcast episode from @prspctv_cllctv . Instead of hoping inspiration will hit when I need it I'm going to espresso my inner weird more. There's plenty of people who like alternative cheeses on their pizza but for me that's not the case. A cheeseless pizza for me means a pizza stripped completely of any kind of cheese. Recently my go-to pizza has been comprised of garlic pesto sauce, pepperoni, basil, bell peppers, more garlic, chicken or spicy sausage, and a doughy crust. .
