"Pesce ricetta" spread from my Home Italian cookbook. The illustration style is inspired by Deruta ceramics, a centuries-old ceramic style specific to Deruta, Italy. The colors, shapes and mirroring pattern are all iconic to these ceramic vases, but instead of flowers and leaves, I drew the ingredients of each recipe. Mangia!
