    Before I announce the number 1 sneaker, I'd like to do an honourable mention to the Nike Air Foamposite One. This sneaker changed the industry in a big way, shining a light on what the future of sneaker design had in store, so I think it deserves a spot on the list, even if it's an unofficial one.
