Dashboard for Call Center
Hi guys,
Designing a dashboard for call center.The user of this interface is the telephone to answer the customer service. The dashboard shows the user’s performance and tasks to be done.
When a phone call comes in, the system will give the user a reminder, and automatically switch to the information entry page after the call is connected.
This is just a start and there is a lot of stuff to work on, just looking for some opinion.
