Magpies and snow

There’s something special about the quality of sound when it snows. the trees are covered with a layer of fresh, fluffy snow that gives the outside world an olmost magical feeling. The magpies in our neighbourhood stand out with their black and white feathers, and I love watching them gather food, playing together and tell each other loud winter stories.
