UltiPro Launch - "Capsule" Concept

While at Ultimate Software I worked on an employee data migration tool called UltiPro Launch. The current implementation is the fairly standard app with a dashboard and connecting pages.

Given the collaborative nature between consultants and customers I wanted to explore an approach that had more of a "Slack like" experience with the stages on the left side panel and conversations and data on the right.

Guidance and knowing what to do was a common issue with customers when going into the application for the first time. With this approach the consultant would lead the customer through the entire system setup process in addition to the collection of the necessary documents, provided via the uploader.

Other potential features would be integrations that would allow for instant feedback when a stage was completed, which would route the feedback to a customer support system and allocated to the product team as needed.
