🏑 Community connection app for seniors: Teaser Logo

⭐ Glorious Monday, everyone!

Quite the psychedelic approach, I know. You might want to hit F5 to see it again 🀩 (infinite loop here).

What's the story here?
What's up with this transition, what's the logo for, and why so fast:

Background:
I was recently approached by a freelancing platform with the scope of connecting me with more potential clients/businesses (super cool!). As part of the recruiting process, I received a project challenge directly related to my specialty field - product design (UX/UI) -> Design an online app that connects residents (seniors) who live in the same private community

The logo wasn't part of the requirements πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ, but whenever I start working on a project by myself, one of the first steps of my process is to play with ideas (which usually lead to solutions), words (sometimes primary/secondary features, priority diagrams, etc.), and, well, sketches & shapes (also golden). Not only that but in cases like this one (a test/challenge) I also like to imagine there's a brand/ a business which chose to create this product.

The logo design:
This playing around only happen for about an hour, so don't judge me xD.
As you will (maybe) notice, I mostly followed the main theme: (dots) connecting, house/neighborhood. Starting with minimalistic ideas for doors, roofs, houses, and finally settling with these two windows (last logo) that subtly suggests not only the name of the app: Neighbor View but also the user persona: modern & curious seniors.

Color, speed & transition 🌈: It's a rainbow, people! Yep, that's it. Nothing deep or anything (the most important part, however, was the color study and trying to find both harmonious/positive pallets, and, safe/pleasant ones. This might change by the time I finish the project. If you're intrigued, stay tuned to see my next step πŸ₯°.

Thanks for passing by πŸ‘‹πŸ», feel free to throw in any thoughts, debate, advice, opinionate.
