Kiana Beauty Melbourne – brand development 3.0

Part of the branding and collateral for Kiana Beauty is a signature gift wrapping stationery, which also needed to be unisex. The wrapping paper has a little icon that embodies the eyespot on a peacock's train feather.

Every online order comes wrapped in the dark blue signature wrapping paper and with a handwritten note from one of the Kiana Beauty staff. Their family business thrived because of their warm and personalised service in their brick and mortar stores and part of their business strategy was to extend this personalised experience to customers who live in remote areas of Australia and are not able to walk in their stores.
