I'm working in some concept images featuring my typefaces, I'll try to repeat some rules for the next ones.
Take a photo and start creating areas of interest by cutting elements in the collage process, then add glitch, screenprint or any kind of effects you think will contribute to represent you personal idea for this image.
Create a title and pick 2 shining colors for the title and shadow.
Fill the space with typography and make graphic elements to help the balance of the composition.
