Empty States

Hello Dribbblers,
I designed these states for a fitness app for people who love to take challenges. The user can start a fitness challenge for a set number of days and invite his/her friends to join them in the challenge. These two cards are designed for states when the user hasn't invited any friends and when the user is making progress with the challenge. Let me know your feedback on this.
