I was recently hired by DATUS to redesign their logo.

During the initial design process I was struck by an idea that, whilst off brief, I couldn't get out of my head. I decided to present it to the client as a secondary option.

As expected, they didn't choose this one. It's shame because I personally preferred it, but I suspected at the time it was too abstract for their taste.

I can't upload the final design for a few weeks until they launch.
