Kate Spade Redesign

Earlier this year i really want to do fun project redesign fashion brand logo, at first i really want to do Lacoste but i decide to just do Kate Spade logo. It really bother me how pretty much every fashion brand have their own iconic logo that can stand alone without their brand name but Kate Spade don’t have it. They pretty much have to put their logo as a whole whenever they want to use it. Because they don’t have something iconic to be use. They even use generic spade icon for their logo.

So, i want to create unique spade that can stand alone. i really want to create a spade out of letter k. i want the k not to stand out but subtly part of the spade that you still can see. And this is the final design.
