Cycling clinic - quench your thirst
Cycling is one of the most effective cardio exercisings without having burdens on your joints. That means you may sweat a lot and need to prevent dehydration by drinking water (or sports beverage) before you get thirsty.
According to Mayo Clinic, "when you're thirsty, you could already be dehydrated."
Don't forget to bring a water bottle when you do cycling.
